The last month has been a rough stretch for OSHA in terms of Injury and Illness Recordkeeping enforcement. As we reported last month on the OSHA Law Update Blog, in March, the Seventh Circuit beat back OSHA’s attempt to expand the meaning of “work related” for purposes of determining whether an injury or illnesses is recordable.
